Mosaic, Maud Milton
Featured in The Monocle Guide to Better Living (p.75 ' How to Improve Your City'), the mosaics in Globe Road, Bethnal Green, are well-loved and we are currently making the next phase. For the taster-session, we will be working on one of the new large scale mosaic panel. We will be looking at the fundamentals about making mosaics and glue some tiles down for the new mosaics that are going up in Bethnal Green in October!
The process will be clearly explained and it will be an opportunity to see how to cut tiles, and take part in making your mark on a legacy mosaic.
