Parkour classes are a fantastic way of exploring our environment, while building both physical and mental strength at a steady pace but above all, about having fun!
Each class contains a thorough warm-up, structured drills/challenges and a cool-down, scalable in difficulty for all ages and abilities. No experience required. Please wear appropriate clothing (trainers and loose fit clothing).
